Richard Zahn spent some time in the United States military, then became part of the 24th Psyops Airborne CO. Special Operations Command. Still keen to learn new ways to serve his country, he graduated from a number of specialized programs and earned himself a number of remarkable commendations during his time in law enforcement.
After leaving the military in 1997, Richard Zahn began working as a CEO for a reputable construction company, where he stayed for 15 years. He often took on side projects and worked to further his knowledge. Richard also attended Delta Comair Aviation Academy and became a licensed FAA pilot. He then attended the University of Notre Dame and earned his degree in business. With the knowledge he gained there, Richard decided to start investing in a select number of up-and-coming property development companies.
Mr. Zahn takes his professional career seriously, but he puts even more emphasis on his hobbies. He once said that a well-rounded professional career helps a person achieve success, but a healthy set of hobbies helps a person achieve self-actualization. As a father, a grandfather, and a husband to a loving wife, Richard is also always looking for quality time with his family.
